Associate Emily Ambrose published The Art of Writing A Persuasive Fact Section in the American Bar Association’s Commercial & Business Litigation Newsletter. The article addresses the critical, but often underappreciated, section of all legal briefs – the fact section. It provides advice and specific examples for drafting a fact section that will provide the judge with the framework and factual basis he or she will need to decide the case in your client’s favor.
