Blackwell Burke P.A. is pleased to announce that Emily A. Babcock has joined the firm today as an associate. Ms. Babcock clerked for the Honorable Jill Flaskamp Halbrooks and the Honorable Kevin G. Ross, both of the Minnesota Court of Appeals. She is a summa cum laude graduate of William Mitchell College of Law. While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Babcock was a staff member of the William Mitchell Law Review, a student editor of The Business Lawyer, and president of both the Environmental Law Society and American Constitution Society. She received the Burton Award for Excellence in Legal Writing as well as 6 CALI Excellence for the Future Awards. Ms. Babcock received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude graduate from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
