Blackwell Burke P.A. is pleased to announce that Peter J. Goss has joined the firm as a partner. Prior to joining Blackwell Burke P.A., Goss was a litigation partner at Faegre Baker Daniels in Minneapolis.

Mr. Goss focuses his national practice on the defense of pharmaceutical and medical device product liability litigation and toxic torts. He has represented major manufacturers and sellers of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and dietary supplements in hundreds of cases. He frequently serves as “science counsel,” collaborating with leading experts to explain complex medical and scientific evidence in dispositive motions and at trial. He is a frequent presenter and commentator on scientific evidence and legal developments of interest to FDA-regulated industries.
