Brendan M. Kenny Presents on Ethics at Ediscovery Certification Workshop

On Thursday, October 2, 2014, Blackwell Burke P.A. attorney Brendan M. Kenny presented on ethics in e-discovery at the Ediscovery Certification Workshop held at the Hilton Minneapolis. He focused on an attorney’s ethical duty to act competently and fairly when working with electronic information, especially given the challenges posed by cloud computing and social networking. Brendan M. Kenny is the founder of the Twin Cities E-Discovery Forum and a member of the Seventh Circuit Electronic Discovery Pilot Program’s National Outreach Committee.
