On Thursday, October 2, 2014, Blackwell Burke P.A. attorney Brendan M. Kenny presented on ethics in e-discovery at the Ediscovery Certification Workshop held at the Hilton Minneapolis. He focused on an attorney’s ethical duty to act competently and fairly when working with electronic information, especially given the challenges posed by cloud computing and social networking.
