On Friday, May 30, 2014, Blackwell Burke P.A. attorney Brendan M. Kenny will present on a panel at the NorCal eDiscovery & Information Governance Retreat held at Cavallo Point Lodge in Sausalito, California. The title of the panel discussion is “eDiscovery Comes of Age – What Does the Future Hold?” The panel will focus on how companies have changed how they handle e-discovery and the effect that moving e-discovery in-house has had on the relationships between in-house counsel, outside counsel, and vendors. Mr. Kenny will be joined by co-panelists Bryon Bratcher, Senior Litigation Support Analyst at Reed Smith LLP; David Yerich, Director of eDiscovery at UnitedHealth Group; M. Brendan M. Kenny is the founder of the Twin Cities E-Discovery Forum and a member of the Seventh Circuit Electronic Discovery Pilot Program’s National Outreach Committee. He was named an “Up & Coming Attorney” by Minnesota Lawyer in 2013.
