Three is a magic number for Blackwell Burke P.A. After announcing that it won the Benchmark Litigation Minnesota Firm of the Year Award for the third straight year, the firm has also been named to the Client Service A-Team List for the third year running. Not only that, but it received a total of three recognitions from the BTI Consulting Group in 2019, adding the BTI Honor Roll and Legal Mover & Shaker awards to its bevy of recognitions.

The annual BTI Client Service A-Team ranking is limited solely to law firms considered by clients to deliver the absolute best levels of client service.  It is the only law firm ranking based solely on objective feedback from corporate counsel.

On the BTI Honor Roll, Blackwell Burke was recognized in the category of Class Action Litigation. Last year, Blackwell Burke won dismissal of putative multi-state class action on behalf of Fortune 1000 window manufacturer, reinforcing public policy notions of the validity of bargained-for benefits between contracting parties.  The firm serves as lead counsel defending a US Fortune 200 food manufacturer in several class actions alleging the defendant’s marketing of its snack bars misleads consumers into believing they are free of the trace herbicide glyphosate.  It is also lead counsel for a global producer of flushable wipes in high profile putative nationwide multi-state class action.  These are but a few examples of Blackwell Burke’s class action and high-stakes litigation work.

For nearly two decades, BTI Consulting Group has delved into the key drivers of how Fortune 1000 companies buy professional services and manage service provider performance. “Client service sits at the epicenter of keeping clients, getting new clients, and growing clients. The BTI Client Service A-Team report is the only source of law firm service rankings based solely on unprompted client service feedback,” notes the consulting firm.

The BTI report is based entirely on client feedback. The results emerged from an in-depth survey of 350 in-house senior decision-makers responsible for litigation in the world’s leading organizations. These clients identified law firms that display a deep understanding of clients’ high expectations in the face of constantly evolving organizational needs.

“Our deep commitment to helping our clients find solutions to their problems drives everything we do. We are proud to see that commitment translate into positive client feedback,” says Blackwell Burke partner Benjamin W. Hulse.

In addition to being previously recognized on the BTI Client Service A-Team, Blackwell Burke has also previously been recognized as a BTI Client Service All-Star, a BTI Brand Elite firm, and the firm’s founder, Jerry Blackwell, has been repeatedly recognized as BTI Client Service All-Star.  Blackwell Burke is proud to once again join the BTI elite list of client service leaders.
