Blackwell Burke P.A. has been recognized as providing the “absolute best” in client service among among attorneys representing Fortune 1000 companies in the 2010 BTI Consulting Group’s Client Service Survey. The BTI Client Service All-Stars list annually recognizes attorneys who, according to Fortune 1000 companies, drive superior client service.
The BTI Consulting Group is the leading provider of strategic market research to law firms and is also the market leader in research about law firms. The BTI Client Service All-Star Team for Law Firms 2010 draws on candid responses from corporate counsel at the world’s largest organizations. General Counsel and their direct reports are asked to delineate, unprompted, the attorneys who provide superior client service. Those client interviews, according to BTI, “determine precisely which attorneys top the charts in client service excellence” throughout the country. Corporate counsel assess their outside firms in a variety of different categories, including legal skills, outstanding results, exceptional understanding of client’s business, and value-added service. The leading attorneys are deemed BTI Client Service All-Stars. In the entire United States, only approximately 3 lawyers per state received this recognition, and it is based exclusively on unprompted client assessment. No firm can nominate an attorney or submit client names. This year, clients recognized fewer law firms for exceptional client service than a year ago.
