Blackwell Burke P.A. partner Benjamin W. Hulse will participate as a panelist at the Association for Corporate Growth’s (ACG) 2011 Upper Midwest Connection Conference in Minneapolis on Tuesday, June 21st. Brian Boyle, Food and Beverage Specialist with McGladrey Capital Markets, will moderate the panel entitled, “The Changing Landscape of the Food and Beverage Industry.” The ACG is “the global community for middle market M&A dealmakers and business leaders focused on driving growth.”
Mr. Hulse will be discussing the regulatory issues and litigation risks involved in the acquisition of food and beverage companies. Before joining Blackwell Burke P.A. in June of 2010, Mr. Hulse was a partner in the litigation practice group at a prominent national law firm based in Chicago. He has extensive experience representing private equity firms and their portfolio companies in a variety of litigation matters. Mr. Hulse also represents manufacturers, marketers, and distributors of food products.
