Minneapolis law firm Blackwell Burke P.A. congratulates senior associate Micah Mitchell Hines on her appointment to serve as Minnesota Governor Mark Dayton’s Deputy Chief of Staff. Ms. Hines begins working for Governor Dayton today.

Ms. Hines joins the Dayton administration after having been a senior associate at Blackwell Burke P.A. since 2009. At Blackwell Burke P.A., she practiced in the areas of food safety, products liability, and commercial litigation. Ms. Hines has a B.A. in political science from Duke University and received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was a Dean’s Scholar.
