Blackwell Burke P.A. is pleased to announce that Charmaine K. Harris has joined the firm as an associate. Ms. Harris was previously a senior design engineer in Medtronic, Inc.’s neuromodulation business unit. Her prior career as a medical device engineer gives her a sophisticated understanding of technologically complicated cases.
Ms. Harris graduated from William Mitchell College of Law and Brown University, where she received a degree in biomedical engineering. She is a member of the American Intellectual Property Association and Minnesota Association of Black Lawyers. She will focus her practice on firm’s scientifically demanding complex litigation.
