Blackwell Burke P.A. attorney Emily A. Babcock authored an article for the LGBT Litigator, the American Bar Association’s LGBT section’s national news forum. Ms. Babcock’s article, entitled, “Lawyers United: The Marriage Amendment in Minnesota,” analyzed the role that lawyers played in the debate surrounding Minnesota’s proposed state constitutional amendment defining marriage as a union between one woman and one man.
