Blackwell Burke P.A. chairman and founding partner Jerry W. Blackwell will be speaking at the 2012 Food Safety Summit. Mr. Blackwell’s presentation will take place on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 in Washington, DC. The Summit will be attended by food industry professionals including food manufacturers, processors, and distributors as well as academics and regulators. Mr. Blackwell will participate in a panel discussion entitled, “How to Protect Your Company with an Effective Food Liability Program.” His co-panelists include Thomas A. Packer and Joe Fasi.
